“The art collection distinguishes this five-star boutique, infusing character into each of its eleven uniquely styled rooms, and the dedication to breakfast, including both full English and vegetarian options, echoes a commitment to traditional hospitality; plus, its garden offers a quiet contrast to Brighton's lively seafront. I noticed that this setting is a sophisticated launchpad for exploring the Brighton/Hove boundary, blending artistic charm with seaside accessibility. It's an intimate spot with local flavor.”

Acceptable stay with a few issues

disruptive noiselimited room service
The noise from other guests was disruptive at times. I could hear conversations and movement quite clearly through the walls, especially late at night. The room service menu was also limited. It lacked several common items and the preparation was slow on one occasion.

decent stay

bathroom sizebeach proximitywater temperaturelack of privacy
The room decor was beautiful, and it included a huge bathroom. I appreciated its proximity to the beach and the kindness of the proprietor. The location near the beach was good. Everything was nearby.
The water temperature was not very hot . I was there during an art festival weekend and was not informed when I booked. People walked around upstairs viewing art outside the rooms. It didn't feel very private.
